
This is to advise you of our revised working conditions during upcoming appointments due to Covid19 whilst Government restrictions remain in place.
We will follow strict social distancing rules during your visit.
- We are only allowing one fitting at a time
- We will alow one person to accompany you to your fitting and would appreciate if they could help you into your dress with our full guidance of course.
- Our staff will wear protetive face coverings at all times
- If absolutley necessary and with your permission, we will work from behind and from the side, with minimal face to face contact as per working guidelines
- If you would like to bring Bridesmaids, again you can bring only one at a time, but we can offer you consequitive appointments
We will still do our utmost to make your experience with us as enjoyable, as should be the case whilst planning your wedding, whilst remaining safe at all times.
We have also put in other measures:
- Screens have been placed at our payment points
- All stock has been fully cleaned and steamed or replaced during the closedown
- Any stock tyouched or tried on after we open will be taken off the shop floor to be fully cleaned and steamed or sprayed with antibacterial spray before saeful returing it to the shop floor
- Antibacterial gel is provided during your visit
We have carried out a full risk assesment and briefed all of our staff on saftey measures during this time incluidng handwashign, use of hand gel and wearing of face visors or masks. We consider the saftey of all our staff and customers to be our highest priority!
